All voting rights in centrotherm photovoltaics AG were attributet to Fidelity Management & Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6. The voting rights were attributet to Fidelity Management & Research Company inter alia from Fidelity Advisor Series I, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in centrotherm photovoltaics AG.
