DPW Holdings Files Amended $50 Million Regulation A+ Offering

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. –

DPW Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: DPW) a diversified holding company (“DPW” or the “Company”) today filed an amendment to its $50 million Regulation A+ Tier II note offering. The notes offered are not convertible, have a term of three years and bear interest at 12%. The Company intends to use the proceeds from this offering to fund loans through its lending subsidiary, Digital Power Lending, LLC, including loans to related parties, acquisitions of equity in other companies whether public or private, the repayment of the Company’s debts as well as the repurchase of shares of the Company’s common stock. The offering is subject to qualification by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
