LOUISVILLE, Ky. –

Turning Point Brands (NYSE:TPB), a Kentucky-based industry leading marketer of Other Tobacco Products (OTP) and adult consumer alternatives, announces it has received conditional approval from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture to participate in the Industrial Hemp Research Pilot Program and has been awarded a Processor/Handler License.
